Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within [15/30] days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: The following cannot be returned:

    • Final sale items

    • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

  • To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and select “Exchange” as the reason.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Go to our Returns Portal at [insert website link].

  2. Enter your order number and email to start your request.

  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange and follow the steps provided.

  4. Print the prepaid shipping label we send you and drop the package at your nearest courier service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
